  1. So I’m curious as to the recipes, and how many each meal is supposed to serve. I have a family of 7, and my main concern is him getting enough vegetables. I don’t want to do just one plan of Crock-Pot or Whole Foods, what variation can I do?

      This is from Tiffany,

“The large plan will feed 6-8 people. It should work fine for 7. I often feed 8 people with mine. Also, they get all three plan types – Traditional, Whole Food and Slow Cooker.

The code should still work today, if she wants to try it.”
