What's the big deal about Young Living

New Year’s Resolutions Idea For Parents and Kids

Do you do New Year's resolutions? Do you ever do them with your kids?

It's tough to stick to a vague resolution like "lose weight" or "be more cheerful", isn't it?

What if I did all the work of planning a daily Bible study to encourage you to use kinder words? What if I wrote a kids' version to be a companion to the adult version so you could go through it right along with your kids?

I have done just that!

These are printable Bible studies and journals. I have used the same scriptures in the same order for both, so you can do it with your children! (Read reviews of the adult version here.)

The kids' version has dotted lines, and examples of the daily Bible verse in cursive and in printing. There is also space for the child to complete the steps in the S.O.A.P. method of Bible study. (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer)

I wrote the kids' version with my children in mind who are ages 7-13, so I have explained the meaning of each scripture in language they would understand.

This printable ebook set would make an excellent family devotion and New Year's resolution!

  1. I am looking forward to challenging our four children. This bundle is the perfect start to our 2014 New Years resolutions. (This was my plan before Connie suggested it.) If you’re wondering if you should purchase her ebook, you should! I’ve already started with the study and I can feel the difference in our household. I appreciate Connie’s honesty, she writes in a compassionate tone. *I do not know Connie personally and receive nothing from this review. I have struggled with taming my tongue my whole Christian life. This book is an answer to prayer.
