Homemade Household Cleaners from Common Pantry Items

Today I'm showing you 5 homemade cleaners made from items you probably already have in your pantry.

Did you know it is super simple to make your own homemade household cleaners? And you can do it for pennies instead of paying high prices for the same thing at the store.

If you have an empty spray bottle, you can whip up some of these without buying any ingredients at all, because most of these can be made with items you probably keep in your pantry.

This sanitizing spray is a must when everyone gets that nasty stomach virus or the flu. I use it on all doorknobs and light switches.

This cleaner has a nice citrus scent and is all natural.

  1. I love the citrus vinegar cleaner; it’s all I use on kitchen and bathroom surfaces anymore. The only real cleaning products I buy anymore are dishwasher soap (my foray into making that was quite abysmal), and toilet bowl cleaner (I hate toilet bowl brushes, so I buy the wands). Otherwise, we go homemade. Baking soda and the citrus vinegar work well in the bathtub too!

  2. After seeing it posted on your blog I made some awhile back I made some of the citrus vinegar, it was super easy to make and left a much better smell than just vinegar.
