Summertime Company Meals

This week The 4 Moms are sharing summertime meals suitable for serving to company, and we are inviting YOU to share your summertime company meals too!

We love having company at our house, and since I am accustomed to feeding a crowd of 10 every day, adding a few more to that number doesn't scare me one little bit. I just pitch in a few more ingredients and set out some more plates. The more the merrier!

We had company just last week, and I made a big pot of spaghetti, homemade bread, and served salad fresh from a friend's garden. Easy and frugal!

Be sure to include any fresh produce you get from your garden to cut costs and add summer goodness!

Here are a couple more ideas for summertime company meals:

Be sure to check out what the rest of my team has on the table for dinner!

Now, what about you? What do you like to serve to company during the summertime?

Link up to your post and it will appear on all 4 blogs! Be sure to include a link to one of The 4 Moms in your post so your friends can join the fun!

  1. When we’re expecting company in the summer, I enjoy making a good bar-b-q meal, which can get expensive depending on what you choose to bar-b-q. I try to keep it simple by only doing chicken, brats, and burgers. For the sides, I will prepare potato salad and baked beans. I make my own bar-b-q sauce (I’m born and bred in KC, what can I say). It’s not the healthiest meal, but it is the tastiest.

  2. Thanks for the link up! Love having new recipes to try while hosting guests in our home!!!
