Homemade “Bisquick” Muffins

Homemade Muffins

It is super easy to use your homemade Bisquick to make these quick and delicious "Bisquick" muffins.

  • 5 cups homemade Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups strawberry jam

Heat oven to 400 and grease muffin cups. Combine ingredients and fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.

  1. Hmmmm…..the kids have “disappeared” all the strawberry jam until this years harvest comes on . . . . maybe I’ll have to give peach jam a try!!! Thanks for the recipe!

  2. Sounds delicious and, best of all, easy!! :) I, too, am out of strawberry jam till our fresh berries come in April. (I live in MS!) :) Surely another flavor would work, or not? I will be making them in the near future!
